NOTE:  After weighing yourself, you will round your body weight down to the nearest multiple of 5, and find this weight in the left hand column.  Then read over to your Age Group Column.  The Bench Lift-Weight is in Black.  Ignore the Curling Lift-weight in RED, because there will be NO CURLING at this year's event!
